Unused / Additional Hours Additional hours, in excess of those included within the contract above will be billed out on a monthly basis according to the additional charges schedule below. Unused hours are carried over from one month to the next on a 'good faith' basis. We appreciate that IT and Web support issues do not schedule themselves evenly over the course of a year, and the hourly level is not a hard use it or lose it limit. Unlike the mobile phone companies that tempt you in with 'x' minutes per month, we want to keep your business year on year! Setup Fee Depending on the size, scale, and resources employed by your business we may be best served in spending a day onsite studying, and documenting your business's IT needs in order that we can better serve you in the future. In many cases this is un-necessary and will be covered in any pre-sales visits, and hence no cost will be levied. How ever in more complex cases we want you to be aware that there may be a one off charge. However, this is most likely to better serve you in the long run, as by being fully aware and appraised of your IT and/or Web Site resources we will be able to react and resolve any future support or maintenance requests more efficently.
